Every retailer who uses the Loyalti system has access to their own customized Merchant Dashboard. Here's how to get information on your customers, campaigns, and store activity on the Dashboard.
Tip: To use the functions of the Merchant Dashboard described below, you must use a laptop or desktop computer, such as an Apple Mac or a Windows machine with a standard web browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
- When you signup for the Loyalti system, you receive access to the Merchant Dashboard.
- The Merchant Dashboard provides access to your past and present marketing campaigns as well as analytics information about your customers and your marketing.
- After sign-up, credentials are emailed from our Customer Success team to each new merchant. Upon request, your credentials can be re-set by our customer service team.
- To access your dashboard, click here and use the login credentials provided via email. (the complete URL for the dashboard is merchant.sparkloyalty.net/ )
NOTE: If you have not signed up at one of the links above as a Loyalti merchant, you will not have access to the Merchant Dashboard.
