Where can I update my form of payment for my account?

Your business information and billing data is available in the Merchant Dashboard. Here's how to edit this information:

  1. Go to the Loyalti Merchant Dashboard. Log in with your credentials (provided to you in email from our Customer Success team).
  2. Click on Settings in the left navigation panel. The right side of the page will update to show several tabs. 
  3. Click the Payment Method tab. 
  4. Update the credit card on file here. 
  5. Save your changes and confirm before you leave the page. 
  6. Please note that you may need to refresh the browser page to see your updates and your rewards changes reflected on the page.

Tip: You must click "save" and then "confirm" to complete the editing process.
