When should Automated Campaigns be sent?

Automated Campaigns can be sent to your shoppers on a regular cadence. These types of messages help to remind, recall and celebrate your shoppers and their activities.

  • The goal of Automated Campaigns is to entice shoppers to return to your store. Automated campaigns should be sent on a regular cadence, and some of the events that should prompt an Automated campaign include the following: 
    • 30 Days - Shoppers who have not returned to your store within 30 days. 
    • 60 Days - Shoppers who have not returned to your store within 60 days. 
    • 90 Days - Shoppers who have not returned to your store within 90 days. 
    • Birthdays - Shoppers can receive a message before their birthday, giving a special incentive to return to your store on their birthday in order to redeem an offer.
    • Milestone Achieved - Shoppers can receive a message after a milestone has been achieved, such as their 1st visit, 20th visit or after being a customer for 1 year. 
  • Three Formats: Three formats of marketing campaigns in the Loyalti system can be used to send Automated Campaigns - Mobile push, Email, and SMS (text).
