Shoppers can redeem rewards at a store by using the Loyalti mobile app or in-person through the Loyalti kiosk at participating locations.
LOYALTI (MOBILE)
1. Login: Make sure that you are logged into the mobile app. You use your phone number to sign into the Loyalti mobile app. (After you have signed in the first time, you should not need to sign in again.)
2. See Rewards Card: If you have collected enough points for a reward redemption, you will see a card in the Loyalti mobile app that states your reward type and has a button that says "Redeem."
3. Redeem Reward: Click on the "Redeem" button. You will see a green screen. Ask the store employee to validate your reward by looking at the reward screen and giving you a stamp.
4. Collect Your Reward: Congratulations! And say thank you to your favorite store!
LOYALTI (KIOSK)
1. Check-in: Check in at your favorite retail store by entering your phone number into the kiosk on the counter.
2. See Reward: If you have a reward to redeem, your reward will now be listed on the screen.
3. Redeem Reward: Ask the store employee to validate your reward by looking at the reward screen and giving you a stamp on the kiosk screen.
4. Collect your Reward! Congratulations! And say thank you to your favorite store!
