How do I award points to a visitor?

Every Loyalti merchant can reward points to individual shoppers. Here's how to do it:

MOBILE

  1. Loyalti shoppers should already have the mobile app installed. You don't need to do anything to sign them in. They can download the app here and login themselves. 
  2. Shoppers with the mobile app will come to your store. They can check in two ways: 
    1. Clicking on the purple button at the bottom will allow you to stamp a green screen. After you stamp the screen, then your store will appear. The mobile app will automatically recognize which store they are in, and grant them the appropriate points, depending on your loyalty type (per visit, per purchase, per item, etc.)
    2. The shopper may also search for your store and specifically choose your store to check-in. This is not a necessary step, but some shoppers choose the store first. After you stamp the green screen with your store at the top of the page, then the appropriate points will be granted. 

TIP: Once a shopper checks in for the first time at your store, then you will receive access to the shopper's contact information, such as their phone number, email address, and other data (with the shopper's full permission and understanding).

KIOSK

A shopper who is not a mobile app user can come to your store counter and receive points. Here's how each customer checks in at the kiosk for points: 
  1. Your store is pre-loaded on your kiosk, and your store brand and name will appear on the front of the kiosk. A shopper comes to that kiosk on the counter. 
  2. The shopper enters their phone number on the number pad to check in to earn their first stamp or award a specific number of points.
  3. After they have entered their phone number, you should stamp the screen to award the appropriate number of points, depending on the loyalty program you've set up.
