Reward Settings are available in the Merchant Dashboard for all Loyalti merchants. Here's how to access this feature.
- Go to the Merchant Dashboard. Log in with your credentials (provided to you in email from our Customer Success team).
- Click on Rewards in the left navigation panel. The right side of the page will update to show your Rewards options. Here, you can view and edit your reward settings.
- Save your changes before you leave the page.
- Please note that you may need to refresh the browser page to see your updates and your rewards changes reflected on the page.
Tip: To change the type of loyalty points you are awarding (from points per visit to points per purchase, for example), contact the Customer Success team.
