How can I edit customer information?

Customer information is available in the Retailer Dashboard for all Loyalti merchants. Here's how to access this feature.

  1. Go to the Retailer Dashboard. Log in with your credentials (provided to you in email from our Customer Success team).
  2. Click on Customers in the left navigation panel. The right side of the page will update to show your Customer list. 
  3. You may scroll the list or search for a specific customer name. 
  4. Once you find the specified customer, you can view their data and edit their information by clicking on the customer's phone number and then "Edit" that customer. 
  5. Save your changes and confirm before you leave the page. 
  6. Please note that you may need to refresh the browser page to see your updates and your rewards changes reflected on the page.

Tip: You must click "save" and then "confirm" to complete the editing process.
