These messages can be automated or personally composed by you and your staff. Here are the types of campaigns available at each service level:
Loyalti Start/Mobile
- Mobile push campaigns
- Email campaigns
Loyalti: This service level provides automated campaigns for the listed types. Mobile push campaigns are also provided in customized campaign formats. Other formats and campaign types are not available at this service level.
Loyalti Pro
- Mobile push campaigns
- Email campaigns
- Text Messaging (SMS) - limited campaigns
- Multi-media Messaging (MMS) - limited campaign
Loyalti Pro: This service level provides automated and customized campaigns for all of the listed types. All campaign types are supported.
Loyalti Premium
- Multi-media Messaging (MMS) - unlimited campaign
- Text Messaging (SMS) - unlimited campaigns
- AI-Driven Campaign Tools
- Expanded SMS Messaging with URL
