How can I update my business information?

Business information is available in the Merchant Dashboard for all Loyalti merchants. Here's how to update your business information:

Tip: To use the functions of the Merchant Dashboard described below, you must use a laptop or desktop computer, such as an Apple Mac or a Windows machine with a standard web browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge

 

  1. Go to the Loyalti Merchant Dashboard. Log in with your credentials (provided to you in email from our Customer Success team).
  2. Click on Settings in the left navigation panel. The right side of the page will update to show several tabs. Click on the Business Information tab.  
  3. From this tab, you are able to update your business contact information, as well as information related to your billing and store details. 
  4. Save your changes and confirm before you leave the page. 
  5. Please note that you may need to refresh the browser page to see your updates and your rewards changes reflected on the page.
